Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Officejet 5740 was not printing so I thought to Uninstall the soft ware and

then reinstall it.  Have used HP Smart app and get to the part of selecting the

printer but doesn't proceed to down load.
