Hi there.  I've replaced one of the toner cartridges on my machine and have poor print quality and ink splotches on printing.  I need to remove the drum unit to clean the transfer wire, I've looked at the HP Videos but I can't see where the drum is.  Help!!!

This device does not have a separate drum unit. Drum units are in each cartridge. Image is written to the drum, transferred to the ITB and then applied to paper and fused. If you are getting a drum related defect, you have a bad cartridge. HP does not use corona wires any longer in printers. There is a mag roller in the cartridge and transfer rollers in the ITB.
