Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I set the admin password for my computer and now can't remember it.
Here are the steps I tried to reset the password:
- From main printer control touched Setup
- Touched the space between Home and ? - heard a beep
- Touched the Back button - heard a beep
- Touched Setup again
There was no Secondary Setup menu that displayed, only the main Setup menu
There was no NAND Reset option
All other options wanted that password I don't remember.
What else can I try?
Thanks,
Sheilagh
