Hi @JesseHedges,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the custom PIN on your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer, you can follow these steps.

  • Turn on the printer and wait for it to become idle.
  • Touch the "Setup" icon on the printer's display.
  • Scroll down and select "Printer Maintenance".
  • Scroll down and select "Restore Factory Defaults".
  • Select "Restore" to confirm that you want to reset the printer's settings.
  • Once the printer has finished resetting, you can set up a new custom PIN by following the on-screen prompts.

Note: Resetting the printer to its factory default settings will erase any custom settings you have made, including your custom PIN. So, you will need to set up a new custom PIN after the reset is complete.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
