I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Please perform a factory reset on your printer to fix the issue.

 

LCD control panel

1. From the product control panel, press the Setup button.

2. Open the Service menu.

3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.

The product automatically restarts.

 

Touchscreen control panel

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Touch the Service menu.

3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.

The product automatically restarts

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- May I know which admistrator password are you referring too?

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The printer is set up and connected to the wireless network, but I replaced the administrator password that I forgot (wps password) I need to reset it somehow
