It seems that my printer has disconnected from my wireless network automatically. I am unable to print to it and when I try to restore the connectivity there is a message saying "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer. To unlock this feature, touch 'Unlock'." When I touch "Unlock" I am being asked for a user name and password.
However, I am the only one who set up this printer, and none of my features were locked by me!
And now many of the other features are locked, including the ability to do a factory reset through the lcd screen!!
I'm assuming there must be a way to do a hard factory reset. Right?
