I have a printer that is used on a network - main computer can switch between paper trays but other computer using same printer does not have this option - any ideas?

The other computer you have, is it a WIN 10 PC?

 

Make sure the full-featured printer driver is installed on the PC

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try selecting the paper trays as required while printing.
