URGENT Please

Hi Dear HP Community, I have a HP Printer CP5225n with network card. Its seems that there is a problem on network card because when i setup an IP Address manually on it (IP/Subnet) and save it, in Network Summary Report, all fields are empty and also LED'd on the Ethernet Network Card also not blinking. How can i diagnose this Ethernet Network Card ?

HP Recommended

If the network LEDs on the printer are not blinking then it very likely defective. Did you reset network settings to factory?
