Brand new ENVY 7130 printer - Followed the printer installation process, however it fails at the final hurdle and errors "NETWORK INSTALLATION ERROR"a pictures a red 'X' between the router and printer . I can see the printer on my laptop. I can even print via moble device or by email. What I cant do is print from the laptop as it tells me it's missing the driver.
I have followed the troubleshooter and exhasted all the potential solutions offered. Three times. I've sought help from a human however the vitual agent is says this support is unavailable. At a loss of what to do or try else it's heading back to the shop.
Hope someone can help

Right, I've had some progress. Driver is installed, but...
The "fix" was found following other forum posts on totally wiping the driver and software from the computer plus deleting HP Smart. Then reinstalling.
New problem: Prints test pages from the software on the computer and from other mobile devices. Try and print a document from the computer etc.. It errors. I'm thinking I havent solved the original problem only bodging it. Any ideas aside from starting again?
