Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I manage a fleet of roughly 400 printers and we have a large number of HP laserjets. There are 6 different models ranging from MFP M577 to M401's. We have a system that receives statistics via SNMP such as page counts and supply levels. Our system is also supposed to receive low toner alerts from the printers. Out of the 6 models 4 models report correctly. The M402's and M452's send page counts but will not send supply levels or low toner alerts. The printers have reserved IP's via DHCP,  use SNMPv3, and have the latest firmware.

My experience is that level of data supplied can be less with Pro products compared to Enterprise products. You could install HP webjet admin to test what data you can get in a report compared to your other software.
