Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The person that initially setup this printer is no longer employed with our company. I need to reset the admin password for the embedded web server. Please advise.

Are you sure that they changed it from the default? Many newer HP products have a label with the password on it or use the default wireless direct password printed on a sticker on the back. The user name is always "admin"
