Hi Guys, I had to change my router as BT put me on Digital Voice. I've connected everything with the new password on the BT hub except my WIFI printer. When I try to connect the printer is continually says that the password is incorrect. I have entered it many time and always got the same result. I have used the " Access my password Automaticaly " and still get the error. Any ideas?

Hi @Philsaxophone

Check that your new BT Hub is able to provide a network with 2,4 Ghz speed option, because HP printers are more compatible to work with 2,4 networks.

Hi FerRX,

Thank you for such a prompt reply. In the end I had to connect the printer from my phone and not my PC. Its all OK now
