Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3101fdw Printer

New printer - just out of the box, attempting to print. Getting an error message regarding the paper tray, printer shows as out of paper (it's not) and will not print. I've adjusted the paper tray settings. I've tried the options listed in other posts for this error and model (power drain, restore and firmware updates). I really just need to print - can someone offer some current assistance?

 

As shown on touchscreen:

Undefined error IOREF: 66046 AlertID: 207 [trayLiftingFailure] SMS specification not found.

Same issue on a 3102fdw, also brand new.
