Product: HP ENVY ALL-IN-ONE 7864

So I recently bought a refurb printer off of Amazon and when setting it up, it wants the setup cartridges that came with the printer originally. Obviously, I do not have these. I tried looking up tips online but the tips didn't suit my exact model (HP ENVY All-in-One 7864) and I had no success with a hard reboot. I couldn't contact support because the printer is no longer under warranty. I really need this to work. Please, any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
