I had purchased the mentioned printer on 18th May 2025. Even after registering for its installation, no communication is received and when I am re-registering, the message says the request is already registered. Nothing else is mentioned. Even after 72 hours, there's no communication from HP. This is purely unacceptable. The product was purchased for immediate use, but the way my request is being handled, I feel disgusted for having made mistake of buying your product. Will you get it resolved on an urgent basis?

Steps for Self-Installation
While waiting for official support, you may try setting up the printer on your own using the HP Smart app:
Download the HP Smart App:

Connect the Printer:
- Power on your HP Smart Tank 585 printer.
- Connect the printer to your wireless network. Follow the on-screen instructions in the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi.
Add Your Printer:
