Product: HP Smart Tank 5102 All-in-One Printer

Please help me with a contact number to a person! I purchased a new HP Smart Tank 5102. Set up was easy. But the printer is saying empty color cartridge! The cartridge had an expiration date on it 04/25/2026. Printer will NOT print anything.  All ink is in the tanks. Only error on display is empty cartridge.. On the HP smart app is showing expired empty cartridge. Please give me a number for replacement cartridge.  I shouldn't have to pay for a cartridge on a brand new printer. And yes the cartridge is in the printer correctly.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Return the whole printer.
