Thank you for sending me to Mac support. Ever since upgrading to Mojave, I have this issue over and over. I really appreciate your comments.

 

My wish is that HP would have a Mac community.

After twenty years of using Macs in a large global company, we finally have a dedicated Mac staff to help us. I suggest HP do the same.
