My printer worked great at my old apartment. Since moving I’ve been trying to connect it to the new internet service but the app can’t find the printer. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can do. I simply is unusable now. I’m at a loss.

I understand you are facing an issue error printer not found with your HP LaserJet M110we Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist you better:
- How far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
- Do you have a dual-band router?
- If you have a dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware
