New printer HP DeskJet 2855e- I cannot connect to my Gateway pc windows 7. How can I connect or is computer to old?

Hi @jerojeco 

Maybe that computer is a little bit old.

Deskjet 2855e is fully compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers.

 

Anyways you can try to install following the next steps:

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and computer:

(2) Then try to install with HP Print Doctor:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
