I have been trying for 3 weeks to setup this printer. Even had a computer guy come and worked on it for an hour and said goodbye, I don't know what to do. That will be $175 please. I am disabled and only have use one one arm so trying to do mutable things is a no go. I had a case number to call and talk to someone but I ended up screaming at the voice and after 4 trys I cried for an hour and now I am her. Any ideas?

@EYECON01, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I'm really sorry to hear you're going through all of this. It sounds so frustrating, especially with everything else you’re dealing with. Let’s see if we can work through this together and avoid that whole tech support nightmare.
Can you tell me a bit more about what’s happening with your printer? Like, are you getting any specific error messages, or is it just not connecting? And are you trying to set it up wirelessly, or are you connecting it via USB? That might help me figure out what’s going on.
I'm here to guide you through it step by step if you want to give it another go.
Take care and have a good day.
