Product: HP Smart Tank 5100
Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

I purchased a HP Smart Tank 5100 printer and have followed all the steps for setup. I have run several printer tests, including print quality sheets which seem to be printing fine. But when I print a document from Word or email for example, the paper runs through and it sounds as though it's printing but the sheets are coming out blank. 

 

What could be the problem? Thank you

Hi @SaSoLou 

Sometimes drivers for Printers in Mac are not properly installed, this could happen when Mac applies a system update and you may need to reset printer system.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to Reset system for printers in MacOS:
