HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e All-in-One Printer

I am receiving the above error and have done since i purchased the printer. It was setup using the setup cartridges that were supplied. I have tried another set of new genuine HP cartridges which didn't clear the fault. I then spoke with HP support who sent out 2 sets of new cartridges which took over a week to arrive.

 

I have successfully printed 4 pages tonight and the error has happened again.

 

I have had the printer for over a month and have gone through 12 cartridges and printed 4 pages!

 

Is there any way to actually fix this permanently as so far the product is absolutely not fit for purpose.

I'd like to help!

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
