I am trying to connect my printer to a new wifi. I have followed all the instructions from the app and it still won’t work. I can not get the printer to display in the phone wifi settings.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Here's some resources to reset the Wireless. After a reset, the HP Smart app should be able to find the printer and add it to the new netowrk:
