No Driver for This Printer

I'm trying very hard to install a driver for this printer. The HP website tells me to use the Windows 10 built-in driver, but I've searched and searched and there is no built-in driver for this printer. I've tried every option I can find anywhere and nothing has what I need. I've tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor and the HP Smart app, and neither of those has helped. 

I would also like to connect this printer to my Chromebook and iPhone, but I would need to do that wirelessly. It looks like to connect wirelessly I will need to print the network configuration for the printer, which I know how to do, but can't until I get some working ink (the ink with it is old and dried up). I'd rather not buy ink unless I know I can connect it to at least one of my devices. Any advice in this area would be welcome also.
