Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Got new OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One on the wifi.  A MacBook and iMac both have the latest HP Smart app installed.  They both find the printer, but there is no driver for it, so it shows up configured as "Generic PCL" and many options are missing from the printing options.    How can I get an actual driver for this printer that will allow full functionality?

Hi,

The printer is supported on Mac OS X 10.11 or later OS versions only, it is not supported on 10.10 and therefore a Generic PCL driver is used:

On supported OS versions, AirPrint driver is used, providing full functionality.

 

Please upgrade your operating system to a supported version to gain full capabilities for your printer using AirPrint.
