No 'Remove Printer' option listed for old printer on https://portal.hpsmart.com/gb/en/my-printers

You have to sign in to your HP Account. Either the web (hpsmart.com) or bring up the app and click on the account icon.
Using either method you will end up at hpsmart.com anyway.

click on printer options, then click on Manage Printer Settings

then click on the remove option

It is easier just to hide the printer instead of removing it.

Let me know what you find out as possibly the new app "HP App" does things differently

Thank you - when I click 'Manage Printer Settings' there still isn't a 'Remove Printer' Option listed. Clicking any of the links just takes me back to the Printers page...

Are you logged into the HP account for HP: Smart or HP App?  You must be online to remove.

 

If using HP App then bring up printer dashboard, then  printers then expand printer options to remove
