No color option in the network printer properties for Printer HP Deskjet 3835

Hi i have a problem with a HP Deskjet 3835  network printer can't print color  the color option its not there.  I  searching on HP Forum and solution its   https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/No-color-option-in-the-network-printer-...

But in the list   printer driver selection  its not  my printer " HP deskjet 3835 "   i choose   3540 and work 🙂  i  see color option again 🙂  now my printer name HP deskjet 3540 Series Class Driver but  really its Hp deskjet 3835 🙂

Its tha ok ?

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

On HP deskjet 3630 work and for Printer HP Deskjet 3835 Work on my laptop!  But on my desktop i try open the HP Deskjet Center App and  don't open but open devicesetup.exe.  i try reinstall software but same result. What the problem ?
