  • Printer Software: Make sure you have the correct printer drivers installed on your computer. You can usually download these from the HP website.
  • Network Settings: Check the printer's network settings to ensure it's configured correctly. You may need to access the printer's menu or use the HP Smart app to do this.
  • Firewall/Antivirus: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus settings can block printer connections. Temporarily disable these programs and see if the printer connects.
