No install disk for HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and no internet service

Our church had to have its computer rebuilt.  There is no internet service at the church.  The Install disk we have is for Windows 7 and does not work.  The computer is Windows 10 64-bit.  Can I download the disk to a flash drive using my MAC and then take it to the church?   Where do I download it from?

Thanks for your help.  I downladed the drivet to a fash drive, took it to church, installed it on the vhurch computer abd can now print again.
