HP Recommended

I have a new HP Smart Tank 6001 and am running Windows 11 Home on my desktop.  When I go to print a document or image, there is no longer an option of scaling it.  I used to be able to choose 0-100% to size the image on the paper.  This option is no longer listed anywhere in the options.  How do I print something at a smaller scale on regular size paper?

At work I have an HP printer and there is an option to scale the size.  The selecting a smaller image doesn't work for % sizes and it's tedious to resize it a bunch of times and see what size it comes out.  I don't understand why the new printer software has less options than the old.
