Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, 

 

I am unable to scan using the above named printer. 

It worked not so long ago but now I see a message under printers and scanners saying 'no driver available'

I have downloaded the latest version of Windows 11 and restarted my laptop but this doesn't seem to work. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try with the software download from the next link:

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
