I purchased HP Envy Photo 7134 printer at the beginning of December, unpacked the box and put printer in my home office. Due to various personal / family reasons I have only just come to set it up and use it for the first time today. I put ink cartridges in (purchased separately as I do not want to use Instant Ink) and got message saying ‘insert set up cartridges’. I don’t have these and am sure they were not in the original box as it was flattened for recycling so sure I would have found them then if they were there! Does anyone know where I can get some replacements from or if I can bypass the need for them because at the moment I have a brand new printer that I cannot use. Thanks in advance.

I see that you do not have the setup ink cartridges. Let us perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
