Hi,
I'm not able to install the correct driver for mmy printer. Research has told me this is due to it being an ARM based computer.
Not having the correct driver does that I can't use the full functionality of my printer. I only get a basic print menu, and am not able to select e.g. booklet printing or other more advanced specifications.
Can you assit?
Kind regards,
Lois

I ended up using the driver designated to ARM 64-bit that I found here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/supd/model/33835514
I first had to remove the printer from my PC.
I haven't printed anything yet, but the menu and options look OK 🙂

Hi @Loisemor
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It looks like your HP ENVY Inspire 7921e is facing compatibility issues with Windows 11 on an ARM-based laptop. Unfortunately, HP does not currently offer a dedicated ARM-compatible driver for this printer, which limits advanced printing features.

That’s great news! It sounds like you’ve made solid progress getting the ARM-based driver installed.
Removing and reinstalling the printer was a smart move—sometimes a fresh setup eliminates compatibility issues.
Once you get a chance to print, let me know how it goes! Hopefully, it works without any hiccups.
If you run into anything unexpected, I’m here to troubleshoot.
Take care, and stay fantastic!
