Product: HP Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to install driver for HP Officejet 4650 All-in-1-Printer in my Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 Laptop. It was working properly via wireless and since 2 months I have this issue. Can anyone suggest a solution?.

I am not able to download the driver. Below is the message.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

I tried to install the Diagnostic tool as you had suggested. It still does not work. However, the Setup is completed with a message that the Driver is installed. But the Device Page in the System still shows Driver not installed?.

Hi, after installing driver, now I am able to connect with the printer through "Direct WiFi"  and able to scan. But I am not able to print through wireless connection. I do not  have cable to connect with the printer. Note that I can print using my old laptop wirelessly. Any help?.
