Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One

When I print there are no options shown to print duplex yet this is a feature advertised on this printer.  When I tried to call for help, i was told I needed a paid subscription to speak with customer services.  Seriously?????

Hi @lneiswander 

1. Reading on the specifications for this printer Smart Tank 651 duplex printing is manual.

 

  • You need to print one side, then turn printed pages to print second side.

 

2. So you need to follow steps in the next video to print Duplex manually
