Product: HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer
I recently purchased a Mircrosoft computer and I have not been able to scan to it from my 8630 printer. When I hit the scan button on the printer it takes me to a screen that says 1) Scan to Jeffreys iPad but it will not complete the scan 2) There appeared 2 messages on the printer screen. The scan could not be completed. Make sure that you configure scan application on the computer and then restart the job. Touch ? for help. 3) The message is then HP Printer Assist Software: Select Print Scan & Fax. Select Manage scan to computer and then click enable (if necessary). Where do I find this action?
