Product: HP LaserJet 1022 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I print my documents not all of the letters are printing.  In one example, none of the lowercase m, lowercase b, Capital Letter N and lowercase p letters printed out.  Also, the underline did not print out.

I tried all the troubleshooting ideas.  Is this just a Windows 11 issue? The printer works fine on Windows 10.

p.s. I am using a Microsoft Surface  Pro 11 -  I have the printer USB plugged into a hub since there is no USB on the machine.

Any help is appreciated.
