I have recently changed from a BT Fast Internet connection to EE Full Fibre connection. Yesterday. Today I have spent most of the afternoon trying to get the printer onto the network. I had no trouble setting it up and printing on the BT network but now...!!!
The Smart hub says the printer is turned off, it isnt, the smart hub says it is not connected to the network which it isnt, because I cant make the network recognise the printer through the HpSmart Hub.
Why is there not a 'Connect' button in the Smart Hub I ask? I took the printer off devices and printers and restarted PC, no change.
I have looked at EE Support but their Techmates are not much help in this matter. Good job I 'm on the ground floor otherwise the whole lot would....
