Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have followed the set up procedure and it seemed really simple. However the printer will not actually print anything. The page to check alignment did during set up but I haven't been able to get anything else. I have run the diagnose and fix issues - it says no issues but even the test pdf page doesn't print. There is no attempt, nothing is sent to the printer, nothing happens but the HP smart app just goes back to the home page. This is beyond frustrating. I wish I had never brought a HP printer and I really wish I had not signed up to this HP+ thing
