Not even a response to my last answer, showing HP at its best!
Here is a translation of my first post from above...
Title: Only loading screen
As the title says, all I get is the loading screen.
And before anyone asks or recommends...
YES... I tried switching the printer off and on again, but nothing happened!
YES... I took the printer completely off the power supply and waited 60 seconds.
YES... I plugged the printer into its own power source.
AND NO ... None of this has even remotely done anything!
Why the hell in God's name does this **bleep** HP printer always have some problem 9/10 times!!!
Printers often cause problems, but that really is beneath contempt at this point.
Especially the move that HP pulled off with their print cartridge last year simply cannot be put into words.
As long as the **bleep** device is still working, I'll "use" it, which is very nicely expressed.
But after that no HP, EVER AGAIN.
Kind regards, Philip
P.S. I don't know where the German support forum is, I don't want to look around on my mobile phone. HP just isn't worth it. At least the entire interface here is in English, although I chose Austria...

Really? Still no response? thanks for your "support"
And of course, I'm disappointed, you do not have to use that as an excuse not to write back. Your printer is malfunction 90% of the time, what do you expect? A happy customer?
Seriously if I could, I would send you the printer back and get my money back, including the cartridge I recently purchased, since I have no use for it anymore without a HP printer. But I bet that's not possible now, is it?
Kind regards,
Philip
