HELLO - ALL OF A SUDDEN THE DISPLAY ON MY PRINTER HAS STOPPED WORKING CORRECTLY - ALL THE COLORS HAVE SHIFTED TO A RED HUE AND THE ON SCREEN IS NO LONGER LEGIBLE. ASSUMING THE DISPLAY HAS GONE BAD AS I HAVE TRIED A RESET THAT HAS NOT WORKED. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AND CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT DISPLAY OR IS THE WHOLE PRINTER BAD NOW?

@LDICHIARA, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the printer display is not working as it should. Perform a hard reset on the printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid it could be a display failure. The display screen is not a replaceable part and is not available.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
