WiFi printing stopped working. The printer itself says it's connected to my home network but none of my devices can find it. Removed device in an attempt to reinstall but device cannot be found during setup.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂
Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

MKazi is at your service.

I understand that you have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer and none of the device on the wireless network are able to find the printer. I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting this issue and have certainly done a good job.

Did any changes take place on the wireless network settings?

Did any software changes or updates happen for the printer recently?

During my research, I came across this HP document that should help the devices to discover the printer during the wireless setup. https://support.hp.com/au-en/help/printer/wireless-printer-issues

In case the issue persists then please update the firmware for your printer via this link: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/details/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/model/1...

NOTE: The printer needs to be restarted once the firmware is successfully installed.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted for further assistance.

All the best! 🙂

If someone has an AT&T DSL modem/router like an Arris, here is another possible solution that was the answer in my case for a different printer but similar connectivity issue. Find the HPNA configuration setting and turn it off. I spent hours on this issue and that was the solution that finally worked. I hope this helps someone else.ATT hpna Setting for printer communication.png
