Downloaded the full webpack vs 1881 for my officejet 8710 computer. saved and ran. It installed an AMD catalyst driver.
So I downloaded it onto another computer, moved that file over to the original via a thumb drive ran and it installed an AMD catalyst driver.
I then attempted to install it upon 2nd computer to see what it would install and it attempted to install HP-DQEX5.
What is happening to my first PC?

Hi,
Try following these steps and chekc if that may work:
- Press the Windows key and type %temp% into the search bar
- Click on the Temp folder within the search results.
- Press Crtl + A to select all, or right-click and choose select all.
- Press Shift + Delete to completely delete the contents of the temp folder. If a message comes up saying it can't delete a file because it is in use, skip that file.
- Run, or download and run , the install software again.
- Once the install finishes extracting and comes up to the first screen, cancel the install.
- Access the Temp folder again.
- Left-click on the 7z folder to select it.
- Right-click on the 7z folder and rename it to something like 8710 Drivers that way it is easy to find.
- Right-click on the the renamed 8710 folder and select cut.
- Browse to drive C and select paste.
- Open the folder.
- Look for the Setup.exe file, right click it and select Run as Administrator, then check if you may see any difference.
Hope that may work,
Shlomi
