Hi, since the day I bought this printer I cannot activate the smart plus feature, up until this point it still printed but now it doesn't want to print. I tried the printer on 3 devices, desktop, hp laptop and a phone. I tried factory resetting the printer. I tried deleting the drivers for the printer.  I tried updating the printer firmware. I tried different outlets. Also the orange exclamation mark is blinking. The test page prints well if I press the middle button on the printer, it says it is connected with an excellent signal and it says I need to register the printer. But it still doesn't work, even though the first day it printed (even though it was tough to setup and smart+ didn't work) and it still prints the test page well. Test page meaning the one you get with a button. The error code on my laptop is OW_4XX_OWSWS00001.

I'm frustrated, I feel like I tried everything and I don't want to return the printer. What should I do?
