I keep getting stuck at the final step to reinstalling my printer because I do not have SETUP cartridges. How can I obtain these?
Thank you.

Hi @elfbrewery
Ok, is alright if you already printed pages and printer is working then everything is fine.
About the Web Services, that is an option that you can activate if you need it, but if you have your printer working then that is ok.
Remember that you have options to contact HP Support for your printer in the next links:

Well, something worked... I can't recall all that happened because I did what was on the video, but got hung up, so I turned the printer off and on and got into HP Smart to do the finishing step expecting the SETUP cartridge error to appear, but the finishing page timed out, so I guess I retried and then I got a page printed. I was suppose to enter a claim/error code, but it wasn't on printed page or the info page that I was finally allowed to print. I followed the instructions for web services on the printed page and I also tried to use the i button to get an info page that actually printed, at last. I continued to the next step on web services and so forth until I hit a problem, so I just hoped that I could print without web services. I can print finally, however, HP Smart still wants me to finish setup for web services. I guess I can live without that, since I'm usually the only one who prints things. What do you think?
