Tried shut down and restart modem, computer, printer. Computer and Printer are on same wi-fi network. HPPS Doctor did download and installation of new software. Deleted printer and reinstalled. Printer continues to show up in Settings with same message "Driver Unavailable" and won't print.

Welcome to HP support community.
Did you do a root level uninstallation before reinstalling the drivers?
If not, follow the below steps:

- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
