I purchased an HP Office Jet 8010 printer. The printer tray will use either letter or legal-size paper. Right now it is extended to use legal-size paper, but I cannot seem to adjust the printer tray to fit letter-size paper. All the documentation I found shows how to extend to use legal size, but nothing shows how to revert to letter size. Any ideas?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to adjust the tray and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
