HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

I have printer failure on my OfficeJet 8610.  I tried resetting per their instructions, didn't work.  I tried a semi full reset per the printer software, also didn't work.  What now?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
