When I try to set up duplex printing it wont set up proper.  Im coming from a 5520 that worked ok, but this was a gift and its a much better printer.  Problem is with duplex.  I want to print where the top is on the same side of the page.  I selected flip on long edge as I have done before and the next page top prints at the bottom of the first page.  When I select Short edge its still the same.  On the 5520 it printed the top line on the same edge of the page when I selected flip on long edge.

So whats going on .

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
