Inkjet Pro 8025

After a brief power outage the inkjet Pro 8025  printer restarted but came up with an error message. Install setup cartridge. I do not have them anymore. Printer will not move pst error message.

Hi @Abs22,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Can I get your help as well?  I am having the issue with mine as it did not come with the set up cartiridges and I can not get past that screen.  Is there a way to bypass it?
